Reducing snacking

I would like to draw your attention to a question I have. How can I reduce the number of snacks between meals? At times I get hungry and can't resist snacking, especially at work or studying. Do you have strategies to control this?

To cut down on snacking, it's important to focus on quality nutrition. Make sure your main meals contain enough protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you satiated longer. Proper portions also play a role - not eating enough can make you want to snack. Set time limits for meals to avoid long gaps between meals. It's also helpful to be able to distinguish between true hunger and habit. Drinking water between meals can help. Controlling your diet is really important. I myself try to choose healthy snacks if I can't go without a snack already, like nuts or yogurt. It helps to avoid extra calories and still keep myself in shape.
