Also allow players to pave inside constructed buildings where grass is visible (ie: blacksmith shops, lamp post, gate houses, etc)

I addition to this, create wooden decking/flooring. Like paving with wood.

I would like to have a better way of paving, something you can just do with a higher skill using shaped stone (to give this item some more imporance), also it should look nice if I use this improved paving to pave a tile with a higher one right next to it ( I realy dont like the way the texture blends into the dirt/grass around it.)
It just doesnt look like a road if you pave a singletilewide road right now.

Okay Major suggestion! Please put an indicator mark on the map for our traps! I spent two hours trying to find a trap I place only to give up because I was wasting time. Another suggestion some of the skill points take too long to develop due to not finding the object. Have a minor skill percent go up even with failure. Not alot just something to make it still worth it to spend hours seeking out sources. That is another problem, when your single playing it takes too long to do anything because of how long it takes to develop skills. I love skill games but this game tries my patience with how long everything takes. A suggestion for single player status. Have 'peasants' or 'serfs' whoever wondering randomly and then as a player you can befriend and entice them into joining under your or intimidate and bully them to join you and then give your serf tasks so that you can further develop everything faster. Give the serfs skill levels that they may be better at, such as one might be better at hunting/fishing and another good at farming. It would be similar to developing a militia just with civilians instead. The peasants could also help protect the 'town' or village they are in with pitchforks if attacked by a predator or enemy force.

I agree with the suggestions, the building of streets and flooring should get some "add ons". My four cents: Simple Paving (like stomping earth) as an basic Terraforming Skill, Paving with clay (CM Preperation), Paving with stone (Construction), Paving with shaped stone, Paving with marple (shouldn´t good for speed bonus... but is nice looking or as an authority bonus for a comunity?). And Flooring of buildings (additional to the above material with different wood types... I would love to have an applewoodflooring). And by the way... Clay... it should be possible to burn clay to bricks (and then using them for the above and buildings and so on).

Yes; better yet, I would like to see floor coverings like rugs, where the grass won't show thru as well. I too made the mistake of not plowing the ground before building.

If you loose your traps, someone have either stolen them or your mind isn't properly on the task of hunting. Its your own responsibility to find your own traps, and hide them as best as you can. Remember land marks or scribble down a note.
