Expanded "Inspect tree" function

Allow a more dynamic experience when harvesting items from a tree after inspecting it first, showing you the resource deplete as you harvest. Currently, when you inspect a tree followed by harvesting an item from said tree, it spits out the following into your system chat window:

: You see a major spruce tree. 
: You estimate its quality as 5. It has been chopped down at 0 %.
It contains the following useful resources: 3 Bark (s), 5 Branch(s), 1 Spruce Tree Sprout(s)

: You have received Spruce Tree Sprout 1.
: You have received Branch 1.
: You have received Bark 1.


I propose that we allow it to track the depletion of harvested resources while you harvest, assuming you already inspected that tree, and have not inspected something else in between. If you inspect something else, you will be forced to reinspect said tree that you're harvesting from. It would show something along the lines of this:

: You see a major spruce tree. 
: You estimate its quality as 5. It has been chopped down at 0 %.
: It contains the following useful resources: 3 Bark (s), 5 Branch(s), 1 Spruce Tree Sprout(s)

: You have received Spruce Tree Sprout 1.
: It contains the following useful resources: 3 Bark (s), 5 Branch(s)

: You have received Branch 1.
: It contains the following useful resources: 3 Bark (s), 4 Branch(s)

: You have received Bark 1.
: It contains the following useful resources: 2 Bark (s), 4 Branch(s)
