I think having a proper class system would be spectacular. A lord and his family that lives in the town's castle, merchants and whatnot in the nicer houses, farming peasants in their huts, etc. Someone has to be running the place, in a society like this there has to be a noble lord of some kind.
Generally, lords of the land owned the forests and all hunting rights (they'd usually let peasants hunt certain less desirable things), so seeing that accurately represented, and the lord and his hunting party actually going out to hunt would be amazing.
