buildings more tolerant with relief irregularities

I think it will be great if buildings could be placed on reliefs (i.e. ground irregularities) without terraforming needed. By example, houses could be placed on a low slope without create a flat area before.

    Here's another building I think should be more tolerant of ground irregularities. Notice only 3 tiles are a problem and all 3 would be dirt where chickens walk :) Alternatively, how about letting me smooth out just those 3 times somehow?

    To me, there are a few buildings where terraforming should rarely be needed. For example, why can't this be placed here?:

    This hunter's camp is nothing but a few wooden poles with straw thrown over them. I have a difficult time seeing why terraforming would be necessary:
