We are all sad when our villagers die from mine accidents and nothing can be done. When people die because of homelessness, starvation or frostbite we know that we made strategical mistakes and it is purely our own fault. Mine accidents as far as I understand are only triggered by coincidence but not as consequences of our game play strategies. Here some ideas for your considerations:
1. Instead of instant death of a poor, well educated 16yo mine worker there should be a chance that the miner is only injured and can be healed by herbs and/or hospital.
2. The overall probability and seriousness of mine accidents could be influenced/reduced/avoided by a mine upgrade (i.e. shores) to be implemented.
Please let me have your thoughts.
Thx for the great game!
