The crafting system is pretty nice in this game. But one thing is bugging me: When i need to craft the same item multiple times, for example silk filaments, i need to hit the craft button and wait for the progress bar a hundred times. It is just click and wait and click and wait for a very long time.
To solve this you could add an 'Auto Craft' Button in the Crafting interface. Hitting that Button would pop up another interface where you can set the amount of items to be crafted. And maybe change the progress bar to show the overall progress not the progress of each individual step.

We should not have to use third party macros to be able to play this game.
FFXIV has a system where you can autocraft but you have a chance for the craft to fail (vs manual craft where it would not...)

I could see needing level 95 or 100 in a skill to be able to autocraft. Since your hunger and stamina go down as you craft maybe auto crafting would only last as long as you have the stamina and hunger for as well?
This would create a nice limit on how much you can autocraft and how hard it is to get to autocrafting without forcing us to use third party autoclickers....

I just automate these functions with MacroGoblin (my choice MMO botting software for writing scripts) however despite the immense amount of joy I get from writing scripts to automate functions for me, I can see how the retards out there who want to call me a villain would like to see this so they don't have to shake their fists at me watching me effortlessly mash through my crafting supplies, so this gets a big +1 for me, but if you automate it, the process should be slower than if you actually sat there and clicked on it manually. I think its a nice trade-off to being able to walk away and make a sandwich while the craft system automates for you.

I just downloaded auto mouse clicker... and leave the computer for an hour when I want to do stuff like collect 800 plant fibres or boil 600 eggs :p

TBH they should implement (for high lvl of appropriate skill) the option to complete multiples of the same item: IE a grandmaster cook can boil 60 eggs at a time etc.

I forgot to mention the 'pull out' button. It takes way too many clicks to pull out charcoal out of the kiln as an example.

Mya God, I'm spending housr only to make boiled eggs... Not to mention the time it takes to actually prepare real food in larger quantities. So - got my vote!
