Big problem

Sorry my english, but i am italian and i do not speak English well. I have a problem with LiF:yo

The world that I create is not shown in the list end if I invite friends to play in my world it looks a written "server unreachable". The firewall are disable.
Solutions?

You should open UDP/TCP Ports - 28000, 26001-26003 (Step 12)

but my firevall is disabled, serves equally set ip?
