Just a quick ninja patch to fix some recently added bugs.

Patch notes (ver. 1.3.4.13):

Bug fixes and optimizations:

• Fixed a serious bug where a guild leader could leave the guild and leadership would not be properly transferred to the other guild member
• Fixed a bug where, after harnessing and unharnessing the horse, the Trading Cart inventory visually disappeared
• Fixed NULL guild tag issue
• Minor art fix for the gatehouse bridge model

This bug not fixed, and additional effect for duplicate items (1. put items in new created Trading Cart after harnessing. 2. move on it. 3. get all items from Trading Cart after moving. 4. unharnessing. 5. harnessing. 6. Complete))) All items in Trading Cart.
