With the blessings of the Republic, I will be building a Villa NE of the large mountain in a clearing.

Once it's up and running, we'll be hosting parties for the most prestigious members of the...server...

We'll mostly be a farming/ranching villa, so I'll need someone to raise crops/tend animals, and I'll need people to act as guards as well, you don't need to be a member of the Republic, and in fact I'm looking for people outside of it. Please send me a tell or look for me in-game.

I'm going to try to hype the Villa up a little bit here:

I plan on making this a RP hub, a place for nobles to gather and conspire, or be involved in drunken debauchery. A great place to have a wedding, or plan an assassination...without my knowledge of course.

I also hope to turn it into a sort of ludi, and have a fighting pit, maybe we'll even be able to make it into a proper arena at some point. Nobles will be discouraged from fighting, but commoners will be paid. We'll even have our own server champion.

When art is implemented, I'll put your works on display so you can buy/sell from there, and hopeful they'll put in music at some point.

I also plan to have plenty of loot stored in the place without the defenses of a city, so it'll be a great place for bandits to raid, and a good place for people to defend.

We'll also provide food and wine, and hopefully horses at some point.

I'm going to need ppl to help me run it. At some point I'll need someone to be in charge of the fights, a head chef, a stablemaster, probably our own blacksmith and tailor at some point...maybe more.

For now I just need someone to set-up the farm and I'd like to hire a captain of the guard so he can start recruiting and training his men.

I want to be very hands-off when it comes to the daily operations, and will mostly set-up trades and act as a promoter for the fights, and a procurer for the art.

Yes. You can create your own settlement in the SSR server without being a part of the guild itself. All you have to do is to register at Silver Sun Republic's Forums to view the server's password.

We encourage guilds to come over Saint-Martyr, the more RP and interactions with multiple groups/factions the better. Like Elysana said all you and your guys have to do is register on our forums for the PW.
