Just having all members with 1000 hours total or more. Every one legit. Would/should know what is going on, what needs to be done or not.

Well, it sounds like a decent idea. You atleast know that everyone know's what the f... they are doing.

But making a guild just based on hours played might be a problem.
There is a lot of different playstyles among the people that play this game, and without more information to go on then "you must have 1000 hours played" it might be hard to find a group of like minded individuals.

Again, I like the idea, but I think you need to specify a bit more what the plan with this is.

Dont need a 1000 hours of play to know what you are doing... but anyways...
