I jest got this game off of steam. I hit play and the title screen come up and the music plays. I see the button start the tutorial, new game,... options and a mouse curser but it will not move. I also seen a mouse curser that win 10 use and that move but goes behind the window for village game.
I can minimize and maximize and close this window in the upper right hand of this window but that is it help.

I did jest send and email to support as well.
