Is there a set day when winter ends and planting can start....... If so is the day the same in the northern tiles

As far as I know, you can start planting your crops now. They won't grow, but they will be ready to go from day 1. If this is wrong I am sure somebody will point it out.

It most probably will be the 1 st of March, in game time. The winter started on the north a full month earlier so it should end a month later as well.
