fbx2mim crashing

Hi

Did anyone successful converted fbx to mim ?
I exported from max 2016, maya 2016 and max 2018, everytime the conversion just crashes with no error

in the meanwile i tested it also with blender like in documentation explained played around with user permissions.
No matter what i do it always crashes.
So if someone get it to run would be great if you can let me know how

OK i found the issue.
I simply created a box and exported it.
Per default max does not assign shaders and that was what did the converter made crash.
So besically add a shader and turn off every option except tangent space (tangents and binormals in max and maya) and it works fine in both tools.
