getting this error when typing in my key

2000-0004: The supplied activation key was not found. Please check the details and try again. since they dont respond to tickets figure i drop it here.

They said it was a bug and to try again in 30 mins.. its been a an hour and a half. tried it again. still same thing.. and Its not even my key.. if i type in a random key i still get the error so..
