API Reference

Does an API reference exist for this game? The wiki is extraordinarily dry when it comes to modding info. I need more depth. Lists of classes and the functions they provide, descriptions of what each function does, parameters explained, etc. Is there a forum somewhere where FV modders hang out that has lots more info in it than this one does?
