Horse owner timeout vs reconnection delay

Horse owner timeout is actualy too short to allow a reconnection when the game crash.
What's about raising it up to 15 or 10 min at least?

One week I am chasing horse all around. Got lucky enough to catch one today, and I just lost it by crashing near a Crown Town Tradepost... :shock: :evil: :crazy: :oops: :O:
