Let me say it first, I'm asking for help in place of my friend since well, it will certainly work better than using google translate.

For now I know his graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 4600

Few months ago in way earlier build of the game he played with us and LiF was working for him. Recently we came back to LiF but now the game will not start for him. He is past checking files integrity, he also reinstalled game few times and reinstalled his graphic card drivers. Yet the game crashes shortly after it launches with following error:

We also tried sending him game prefs file with low graphic settings on but that didn't work as well. Any ideas? If you need more informations I will ask him, just tell me what you need.

Seems like his graphic card meets minimal requirements. What about rest of his pc specs?

CPU: Intel Core i3 4160 3,6GHz
RAM: 8 GB

cpu below minimum specs aswel,
he needs a pc upgrade for this game / nothing dev can do about it i think (unless they manage to fix bugs or find tweaks to reduce required pc performance)

I would say that his CPU is still quite solid. Minimum requirements I can see on Steam are CPU with 2,5GHz. But I see that graphic card minimal requirements changed quite a bit.

CPU is fine, but isnt the graphics card to old for DX11?

Update: nope, it cannot run DX11, only DX10.1

He needs a new graphics card, or he has to run the DX9 version of the game... which means he cannot be on your server.

My suggestion, new graphics card.
