TIME OUT! .....

Use the 10000 coins to enter the Skjultland server with my friends, all have entered and to me, do not stop going out whenever I try to access TIME OUT ... we can not play ... When will they solve it? Can not delete the character and return the 10000 coins?

For what I read there is no solution. I sent two tickets and I have no answer.

We have a number of tickets to go through.

It will be easier if you'd provide me with a screenshot, most recent logs from the attempt to connect and srv number.

I have answered this by ticket "Hello, we have fixed the problem with missing characters. Please let us know if you are unable to get your character back and provide a screenshot."
What does it have to do? What solution is that? Because I still have the same problem of not being able to access.

I solve it by entering the game in window mode, alt + enter, which loads in window mode, luck.

If you still have timeout, please provide world name, srv number, screenshot and most recent logs from the failed attempt to connect.

I am already bored of always sending the captures, files, explaining and waiting for an answer that is useful at least.

I hope that with this solve the problem, if not please delete the character you, add a ticket to enter the kingdom and try, it is frustrating to buy a game and it does not work and lose premium days, or lost premium days will it be new?

We need game logs, not launcher logs. It's not a launcher related issue.

Game logs are located in \Life is Feudal MMO\game\xx\logs where xx = your region and timestamp indicates when you launched the game.

More than a day ago I wait for a response by ticket. I have already sent everything I have been asked for, but I do not receive any solution or anything.

Is not it easier to do a reset to my account or something? is that I have 12 hours played according to steam and 9 are trying to access the game! Expand the staff if you do not give enough to answer all the tickets and problems.

I will be able to play someday?

Delete my other character thought that this would be the problem, so I lost a character as silly, and with the one I have I can not access because it gives that error ... You can not continue to investigate with the logs that you add before, and reset the account , or give me a ticket at least to play?

After the patch the issue still persist? Any chance you could provide one more game log? I know it's annoying and we're sorry, but I hope you can bear with as a while longer while we figure out what's going on with that character.

I'm really sorry about that. I know it's taking awfully long. May I ask for your character name? It might make things easier. And since we had yet another patch in meantime, in case you still suffer from the same issue with Timeouts upon login attempt, I'd need one log file from the connection attempt after 0.11.5.0 patch was released. Once again, apologies for the problem.

Last time I send things, I sent you 3 times the same ticket and ONLY ANSWER WITH DEFAULT ANSWERS.

If you do not stir up within a week, upload the video on my YouTube channel with the answers given, the time you have taken, and vote as you deserve in steam.

Okay, I know it's been a long time, but there's a chance we have figured it out. We have moved your character to another location, so you should try to log in now and see if it works.
