MAJOR RULES  OF THE GAMES “LIFE IS FEUDAL: YOUR OWN”, “LIFE IS FEUDAL: MMO”

1. “LIFE IS FEUDAL: MMO” Rules of Conduct

The following Life is Feudal: MMO and Life is Feudal: Your Own (the “Games”) Major Rules (the “Rules of Conduct”) govern basic interaction within the games, on any and all Licensor official platforms, including, but not limited to: the game itself, official forum, social media, discord servers. (“The Platforms”) Please be aware that failure to comply with these Rules of Conduct may result in the termination of your game account and all other applicable accounts including their accompanying rights and access permissions according to END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) OF THE GAMES “Life is Feudal: Your Own”, “Life is Feudal: MMO”, “Life is Feudal: Forest Village”.

In addition to these Rules of Conduct, explicit rules affecting your account may be found in section 2 - the “LIFE IS FEUDAL: YOUR OWN”, “LIFE IS FEUDAL: MMO” “LIFE IS FEUDAL: FOREST VILLAGE” Community Rules. Despite our best efforts to detail the different sections with specific examples, there will always be areas that will ultimately be handled on a per incident basis by the Life is Feudal Customer Service Team. Even when not specified, Bitbox Ltd. have the sole right and final judgment of how to interpret and apply these rules and guidelines to any specific circumstance and situation, including proper punishment or exception. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Rules of Conduct at any time.

1.1 While playing Life is Feudal MMO, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the Game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress and/or unwanted attention in general and/or to other players. This includes posting insulting, offensive, or abusive comments about players, repeatedly sending unwanted messages, reporting players maliciously, attacking a player based on race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated.
1.2 You may not post or communicate any player’s real world information (name, address, account name, telephone number, etc.) through the Life is Feudal MMO Game, Life is Feudal websites or official Life is Feudal social media.
1.3 You may not create character names or otherwise transmit, post, link to or facilitate the distribution of any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, hateful, vulgar, racially or ethnically offensive, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or objectionable in a reasonable person’s view imagery or content.
1.4 When communicating in Life is Feudal MMO using chat (including, without limitation, all of the chat functions), you may not spam, flood, or make duplicate posts. For more information, please see Part 2.
1.5 You may not impersonate any employee of Bitbox Ltd. or their affiliates, or impersonate any other real person.
1.6 You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
1.7 You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the Life is Feudal MMO Game or on the official Life is Feudal websites and/or official Life is Feudal social media.
1.8 You may not modify any part of the Life is Feudal MMO client or server software. Also, you may not modify any part of the official Life is Feudal MMO websites, Life is Feudal social media other than the official Life is Feudal Wiki in accordance with its terms and conditions.
1.9 You may not buy, sell, transfer or auction (or host or facilitate the ability to allow others to buy, sell, transfer or auction) , or offer to transfer, sell or auction, or buy or accept any offer to transfer, sell or auction, any game Account or game Content, including (without limitation) game characters, character attributes, items, objects, currency, credits or copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property owned or controlled by Bitbox Ltd., or our licensors, nor may you encourage or induce any other player to participate in such prohibited transaction(s), except as may be specifically authorized by the Service and by Bitbox Ltd., without first obtaining our express written permission.
1.10 You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while using the Life is Feudal MMO Game, official website or official social media.
1.11 You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel while in the Life is Feudal MMO on the official Life is Feudal website, affiliate websites and any official Life is Feudal social media.
1.12 You may not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups within Life is Feudal MMO that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate mongering philosophies.
1.13  You may not provide false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your Life is Feudal MMO account or any affiliate account.
1.14 You may not upload or transmit in Life is Feudal MMO, the official Life is Feudal websites, affiliate websites or any official Life is Feudal social media any copyrighted or trademarked content to which you do not own all rights without the express written permission of the author or the copyright or trademark holder, or promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.
1.15 You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Life is Feudal MMO, official websites, affiliate websites and any related services.
1.16 You will not upload or attempt to distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted data, or malicious software.
1.17 You will not exploit any bug in Life is Feudal MMO and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits) either directly or through public posting, to any other user of Life is Feudal MMO, except for official representatives of Bitbox Ltd.
1.18 You will not attempt to play Life is Feudal MMO on any server that is not controlled or authorized by Bitbox Ltd. or its designees.
1.19 You will not create, use, or provide any server emulator or other site where Life is Feudal MMO may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to Life is Feudal MMO without the express written permission of Bitbox Ltd.
1.20 You may not use any third-party program (such as a “bot”) in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering items within Life is Feudal MMO. You may not assist, relay, or store currency or items for other players who are using these processes. However the use of simple ‘autoclickers’ is allowed for repetitive single step actions. Using an ‘autoclicker’ to automate anything beyond simple one step processes is considered botting and is forbidden.
1.21 You may use the Life is Feudal MMO in-game communication, website and any other officially designated communication program and/or software to alert an official representative of Bitbox Ltd. to in-game issues such as inappropriate behavior, offensive names, the perceived use of a “bot,” or other misconduct. You may not use the Life is Feudal MMO communication system to inflict harm upon or harass another player, to submit false reports, or to cause undue load on our servers. Individuals who abuse the communication functions of Life is Feudal MMO will be investigated and will face possible account suspension or account termination.
1.22 Each one of the Life is Feudal: MMO game worlds may have its own additional rules, all of which are deemed as an integral part of the present rules. Such World Rules are available in-game before the character transfer to the specific world. By following the character transfer procedure and upon joining any of the worlds you express the unconditional agreement to follow these additional world rules.

2. “LIFE IS FEUDAL: YOUR OWN”, “LIFE IS FEUDAL: MMO” “LIFE IS FEUDAL: FOREST VILLAGE”
Community Rules:

The following set of  rules and guidelines governs all interactions on any official Life is Feudal platform, weather it is the official forum, social media channels, or any other related online resource. They are designed to give a better understanding of what behavior is expected and make player experience more enjoyable.
2.1 No discussion of any illegal activity or threats of violence (ie. threats of suicide, self-harm, or physical harm).
2.2 No use of explicit, racist, obscene or vulgar language, images or messages or content that depicts for example Nazi symbols or Nazi propaganda.
2.3 No posts that attack, insult, flame, defame, or abuse others. We should respect all points of view. Flaming will not be tolerated.
2.4 No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permitted and can be considered a bannable offense.
2.5 Advertising or spam is defined as posting a link for the purpose of selling, soliciting or promoting something.
2.6 Links promoting fundraising, advocacy, etc. are not permitted.
2.7 Links to personal blogs/homepages are allowed in member profiles and signatures.
2.8 Sharing of links to helpful and relevant websites and resources is allowed if they are not used for a promotional purpose.
2.9 Links or posts promoting other games are not permitted and can be considered a bannable offense.
2.10 No posts of copyrighted material, lengthy articles, or posts of an overtly political or religious nature (ie. proselyting).
2.11 Do not ever post offline personal contact information (ie. your home address, phone numbers etc.) and do not ask for personal information from others. This is to protect your security and identity and that of others.
2.12 Do not use The Platforms to distribute your merchandise or promote your paid services.
2.13 Naming and shaming is not allowed on the Platforms. Users are forbidden to post threads or discuss issues dealing with private servers, private server admins or players and these issues will be dealt with outside the Platforms. While the personal attacks and insults are not allowed, discussions regarding guild affairs are fine as long as they stay within the spirit of the game and contained within guilds discussion and politics threads.
2.14 Arguing with a moderator or protesting disciplinary action on the Platforms is prohibited and will result in a warning and further violations will result in a ban. Take it to a pm with any issue with said moderator.
2.15 Game exploits will be posted in the proper venue "Zendesk" and not in the Platforms. Failure to follow this procedure will result in thread deletion and a warning. Further violations of this rule will result in a ban. Exploits need to be reported and are an important issue that can be addressed in the Zendesk system.
2.16 Open discussion of Platforms warnings or bans is prohibited. Failure to follow this procedure will result in thread deletion and a warning or possible ban.
2.17 Advertising a server in another server thread is prohibited. Failure to follow this rule will result in warning or possible ban.
2.18 Advertising other games or any other types of media or content not directly related to Life is Feudal unless in Off Topic will be removed and their authors warned or possibly banned.
2.19 Community Guidelines:
2.19.1 Check for open topics. Before posting a new topic, please check to see if there is already a topic open on the subject.
2.19.2 Do not engage in public quarrel. Try to resolve issues with a peaceful approach, everybody is free to share their thoughts, opinions and suggestions after all, try to respect that.
2.19.3 Report posts that violate the rules. Do this by selecting the Admin alert button at the top right corner of the post.
2.19.4 Lend a helping hand. If there are users who require help or answers for some questions, do not hesitate to give them an answer if you have knowledge on the topic.
2.19.5 Don't be afraid to ask, if you can't find the information you are looking for, and you have questions about certain topics just go ahead and ask, but remember to search for similar topics first.
2.19.6 Welcome new members. Help new users "learn the ropes" about how to find information they need, save time, and how to get involved. It's always good to build a big, strong community of friendly people.
2.17.7 Use descriptive titles for new posts. Avoid "generic" post subjects like "Help" or "Question". You will receive a better response to your posts by making your title more descriptive about the content of your post.
2.19.8 Be respectful of moderators and administration in both public and private communications.
2.19.9 Stay on topic. Posts which are not relevant to the topic may be deleted.
2.19.10 Keep posts family friendly. If it shouldn’t be viewed by minors, then it shouldn’t be posted to the Platforms.
2.19.11 The validity and purpose of discussion topics and posts made by users on the Platforms will be decided at the sole discretion of the moderators and staff. In the event the moderators or staff deem any topics or posts to be non constructive or inflammatory appropriate action will be taken.
2.20 Platforms Language: Official language used on Life is Feudal Platforms is English, it is expected from users to use that language only for easier communication between users in our community, it is after all the universal language known by most people. We will appreciate if you will keep that in mind and restrain yourselves from posting messages in different language.
2.21 Know your Moderators: Life is Feudal Community Platforms are moderated by the Life is Feudal chosen staff members that possess the required knowledge about the game, therefore it's best to ask them about things related to Life is Feudal game. You can easily spot moderators and administrators by their distinguished colors.
Moderators and Administration above all have the right to edit or delete posts without prior notice that violate any of the rules above. If you have a question for a moderator on a decision, you can email them and discuss it privately. They may not see things the same way you do, but they are open and approachable.
2.22 Members that do not abide by the rules may be subject to having their posts edited or deleted, their member account permanently banned from further access and/or deleted without notice.

Rules and guidelines may change at any time, please re-read them regularly.
