I find it hard to get immersed sometimes when I see up to three or four bears just wandering about in my village. Without any reaction from my villagers, or the bears, for that matter.
I'd like to either see them get dangerous. Eating the food, scaring my people away and sometimes getting aggressive, or just shun away from humans.
Maybe make them hunt other wild animals, so our hunters could hunt them again, just to keep their numbers down, so they later on could hunt their usual game in peace.
If the kids in the game became more active, if they strolled off, or went to do a task a bit too far away from the other, the wolves would try to hunt them.
Maybe if the animals terrorised the villagers too much and too often, they would live in constant fear until the hunters did something about the problem.
