Different food/Skills

I have come to the point where we eat 1 type of high quality high complexity food, since its easyer to get some materials then others.
Like mushrooms are not hard but more borring to get then plant a field of some other crops. Specialy quality wise.

The Suggestion is to add either a tweek to the system by addin a bonus if you eat different types of food, so we would have a reason to cook atleast 5 diff meals insted of one.

what a stupid thing... if in your meal you have everything your body need, you don't need to eat something else... that's the nutrition rule...

the only thing here, put a food decay and on every ingredients... + winter for a whole month, and you'll be sure that you won't eat all time the same dish...

I like this idea and want to see it implemented. I think different food should have different bonuses because eating the same things everyday is not healthy, just look at the book Super Size Me. I think if you eat the same meal every day, you should be getting negatives. After all, who wants to eat steak and potatoes every day for every meal. This would lead to an early death and a very unhealthy life. I think if you are sick then chicken noodle soup should help you get better and having hot cocoa on a cold night should get you a bonus to being warm or something like it. These would make cooking more enjoyable and give people a reason to try different recipes in the game and make it more realistic. If you are going to make this type of game, then make it realistic. Even Skyrim has a relatively good cooking system when you add the mods to it to make it better.

I just hope ressources map disparities and/or seasons like summer/snowy winter will have to sometimes change our food habits

putting a crafting buff isn't a good idea... it won't change at all, only the cook will have to make handle a bigger food stock with more kind of dish... but for craftsmen, it won't change at all, they still eat same dish for long time...

why do I say that ? because 600 skillcap.
