I feel like there needs to be a sence of dread, even on green worlds. specially with the new "safety wall" on town claims its to safe. Your never under any threat. I think it would be cool if a guild/band could go full bandit if they wanted and be able to ransack a claim. maybe just the realm claim or both realm n town. But say you have to wage war or set to hostile. Then go onto a guilds land and chose ransack/invade. then you could dmg things. set things on fire etc. but not fully destroy them. as in you can repair or "toss water" on to quench the fire. And all containers would be accessible in the claim.
Here is the key tho, you could lock warehouses, houses, doors, gates etc. if they were not locked the "invaders" or bandits could enter or use the buildings n their inventory.
If unlocked you are able to access it. maybe key members in the guild could lock/unlock
