Don't allow us to do an action without having the required tool. A perfect example of this is cooking. I wasted a lot of time trying to cook fish without a cooking pot, only to be told at the very end of the timer that I needed one.

    Agreed, just need to add a checklist into the action prior to starting the actual action. not to terrible of a system hopefully.
