The sign could have text-only feudal-style font, it could require a hardwood board, 10 nails and a bone glue (so they don't get troll spammed all over the place), and the placing mechanic can be borrowed from animal trophies (where you can place them on sides of things). Another suggestion branching off of this is to make a "bulletin board" where guild members can post tasks, guild projects, perhaps outside of the gates to post potential trade needs, etc. A recipe for this could be something like: 2 building logs, 5 simple cloth, 20 nails
