Improve Skill Action Timer

-2
When using an action that involves a skill, instead of staring at a boring timer, we should have two timers. One timer should be called 'success' while the other should be called 'failure'. As you do your action, each second will fill one of these bars and will continue to do so until one is completely filled. Whichever bar gets filled first will give you the outcome of your action. If it's unsuccessful you would yield nothing. However, regardless if you fail an action or succeed it, you'll always get experience for what you're doing.

As you get better at your skill, you'll have a better chance of obtaining a success critical which would increase the success bar beyond what it normally does, making it more likely to succeed with the action or having it be finished sooner. Out of all the waiting timers I've seen in games, this system was by far the best and it's found in Aion. I hope you guys could consider implementing it.

Ewww this is horrible for a few reasons.
1 It's freaking hard lvling skills as it is
    2. Success vs Faliure is random, and has no basis in skill whatsoever. RNG SUCKS.
    3. There are some things that you're just pathetic if you fail at, like digging a hole with a shovel
    4. Say I set up a farm. I wait for crops to grow and... oh crap I was unlucky, I failed to HARVEST all my food. No it wasn't diseased or anything, I'm just such a pathetic worthless farmer that I can't harvest my crops

    1) I don't understand how my system would make it any harder, please explain.
    2) Never said it was random, it would be based on your skill. The one thing that I don't enjoy with this game, is the fact that I can't improve my skills through failures. In Wurm Online, you were capable of improving and failing at your crafts, making you redo them and giving you more opportunity to improve your skills without making hundreds of the same item that will most likely be burnt in a fire. I got really excited when I finally succeeded with what I wanted to do. Also less items, means less lag.
3 & 4) Yes you're right. Maybe only crafts should use this system. Thanks for your feedback.
