Sorry but using logs to make stairs to get into someone's base is far from realistic. It's also a form of griefing in my opinion because I have to take it down afterwards. I rather wait for ladders which would function much better. So simply do not allow players to drop logs in another person's claim. Simple fix...

0Voting no on this, not because I like the tactic, but because having to carry a log makes someone extremely vulnerable. The limited player base on YO servers tends to make for many bases of few players. In reality all bases should have guards up, and those guards would easily pick off log carriers.
Further, once the MMO comes out, there will be very little griefing on YO servers. They will all be on the MMO servers, and bases on the MMO server should never be safe from raiders unless players make it safer through participation, not relying on structures.
