When you plan either of those, all you get is the number of builders for it, but not how many workers will it use when finished. I think this would help a lot.

0That information IS displayed but its a bit hard to see. Look in the GOLD text at the bottom right of this pic. The number of orchard workers for this planned field would be 2. If I expand it larger the number increases.
