This server is open to the public. We are a new community that got tired of server wipes, admins with no database backups, GM abuse, and laggy non-maintained servers. We decided the only way to make sure that doesn't happen again and lose the hours & hours of work was to run our own community. We not only have active GMs (admins), but GMs that are experienced in maintaining the state of the game & backups of the database.

The server is dedicated at a hosting provider and will operate 24/7. Server is new, so get started and claim your clan lands!

Groups, solo players, and newbie welcomed!

Server Settings:

* Skillcap = 2000
* Skills & Stats Progression Multiplier = 10
* Crafting Period = 50
* Animal Breeding/Feeding Period = 60
* Plants Growth Period / Day Cycle = 2.5
* Wild Animals Amount = 70
* Terraforming Speed = 0.1
* Server Cap = 64
* Stumps are auto deleted on reboot
* Claim time of 7 days
* One character per account
* No wipes
* Only English

Server Rules:

* We will enforce our rules with warnings & bans at our discretion.
* Be respectful to other players and especially the GMs.
* GMs do not abuse their powers, GM mode is only used to enforce the rules and manage the server. GM abilities are only used on other characters/accounts. Our normal characters have built and obtained everything the normal ways.
* Minimal GM/Admin interferences - only to enforce rules & maintain server & Trade City (see below). GMs will assist with deletes & errors.
* We ask you to PvP for a reason (i.e. land claims, trespassing, trade issues, resource issues, etc. not just purposeless ganking).
* No PvP within the Trade City area.
* Realistic mechanics (i.e. no floating objects, gravity works in this world, no glitching into things, no praying into something, etc.).
* If you want to scale walls, you must build a dirt ramp over, build log/crate/table stairs that don't defy physics, etc. You cannot tunnel under walls. You cannot build infinite piles to get over. A bridge, made of materials such as logs, barrels, tables, etc. must first touch the ground, and from there can extend out to the top of the wall provided all items used are connected.
* You cannot attack through the walls.
* No placement of items into another's forted gated area.
* No mining except in public mines to level to 30, public infinite piles, or your own forted gated area (until bugs/lag issues are resolved).
* No tunneling in the world. No tunneling to get into someones forted gated area.
* No excessive picking on one group for extended amount of time.
* No combat logging (logging out or closing the game during combat) is allowed.
* No logging out in another groups forted gated area.
* No running into the water to purposely avoid combat.
* No /stuck while PvPing.
* No deconstructing building/walls/anything in another group area.
* Non claimed items and general items in the world are subject to being destroyed by the GMs if they are abandoned.
* Players will be limited to one character per account.
* If you need to report anything, contact the GMs and use screenshots/video capture for proof.
* Do not spam on Global.
* No random construction of building items. Only build to 99% and then delete if you are leveling skills.
* NO GRIEVING
* NO CHEATING
* NO EXPLOITING

Public Mine Areas:

* 3 infinite piles are placed in the world for resources. These can also can be built by players, but GMs will not be building them for you (see this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrUhzUC6g9E) (until bugs/lag issues are resolved).
* 1 public mine to be only used for skilling up to 30 mining.
* No building around a pubic mine or infinite piles.
* No enclosing/gating a public mine or infinite piles.
* Silver & Gold is still be worked out. We are working on a trade/barter/public event system or we might introduce it as an infinite piles at the Trade City once the server is more established.

Trade City

* A Trade City is located in the center of the map and is used for two purposes (1) A common area for players to meet up in safety for trading, server activities, player content) (2) GM character's use it for creating common public areas for everyone on the server
* There is no combat/PvP within the borders of the Trade City (the border are currently marked with lamp posts in the center of the map - the complete Trade City will be built later).
* There is no stealing of anything within the borders of the Trade City.
* Do not open or move any object that does not belong to you or your group within the borders of the Trade City.
* No building or planting within the borders of the Trade City (only exception is the GMs character).
* No nudity within the borders of the Trade City.
* Do not claim any object within the borders of the Trade City.

GMs reserve the right to change or add rules to keep the server/game healthy and fair for everyone.

Until the server is more established, the GMs will be create a starter pack as follows:

* Warehouse per character with up to 4 for a single group
* Small house per character with up to 2 for a single group

Contact the GMs in game once you have established where you want to settle. You are responsible for leveling your location; all the GM will do is place the warehouse & house and build them.

Based on popular request from the players the server has been changed to a skill/stats progression multiplier of 10. Now things are much faster!

* Skills & Stats Progression Multiplier = 10

Great server. Good performance and the GM's were very helpful providing a house and warehouse to get me started. Also very willing to answer questions.
Trade city made it easy to get into crafting.

The server has great performance. Skill increases quick and good group of people on as well as friendly GMs!! I got a free house and warehouse! Thanks guys. Server still has lots of open room for others to join. :Yahoo!:
