so just had a lag spike on my server, looked up wtf was going on
turnd out the server was draining 30% more cpu than normal and the reason was... it stopped raining

can this get confirmed?
os: Win10N
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark2
Cpu: intel I5-4690 3.5Ghz
