I have added mods to this server. Currently the skills timer have MOSTLY been tweaked (more on the every 5 minutes actions such as terraforming, paving, etc). The Stamina on MOST actions have been lowered as well. Hip arrows are also in effect. That does include all types of arrows and bolts. It is a 3k cap, with a 50x multiplier. All of these options are to try to give the person who only have a few hours a day to play to be able to get a lot done in a shorter time.
