Brand new server as of 26 April 2016! Dedicated, 64-slot hosted out of Chicago, IL.
We aim to build a structured PVP oriented community where large battles and epic sieges can be fought between dedicated, coordinated groups. All player types are welcome and our rules are quite simple.
Events, trading hub (under construction), TeamSpeak server, and more!
Our settings, which are subject to change based on player feedback, are as follows: Skill & Stat Multiplier of 10, Skill Cap of 1800 (to promote team play), Terraforming Multiplier of 5, Crafting Period of 45, Animal Breeding Period of 60, Day Length (Plant Growth Period) of 4 hours, and Object Decay is set to OFF/0 (administrators will remove abandoned sites if not claimed by other players first).
Judgement Hour runs once a week, on Friday at 2100 EST. Newcomers need not worry, as you will be given time to get established!
We are staffed by dedicated, experienced game masters.
Server Laws
- Follow good housekeeping practices. Clean up all stumps, tidy fallen logs (saw them into boards/billets/building logs, or stack them neatly), and remove structures you no longer plan to use (like that starter shack you built!).
- Don’t harass obvious newcomers. Let them live today so that they can fight you on more equal terms tomorrow. We were all there once, totally overwhelmed by the depth of the game, just trying to get started. A good rule of thumb is that if they don’t have a monument, or they’ve been on the server for less than a week, don’t attack them.
- Band together. While this game allows for lone wolf play, and no one here will ever force you to join up with another group, it really pays off to band together into larger guilds. It makes the fights much more exciting and the community aspects of the game will leave lasting memories. So find a group on the server that you mesh with well, or start your own, and work to expand.
- Do not destroy monuments without a reciprocal, GM approved, declaration of war. We don’t want to drive groups off the server, and it’s always better when the fights are two-sided. The destruction of literally everything else is okay.
- Do not glitch or make use of exploits. This includes, but is in no way limited to, stacking logs or other objects in mid-air to get over walls, using /stuck to glitch through walls or gatehouses, and duping objects.
- No combat logging. Do not disconnect, log out, or otherwise intentionally terminate your connection during combat or while being pursued by an attacker.
