server backup/upgrade

oky so currently i do not run a dedicated server...
is it posable to move the server whit al its data onto a dedicated one so people keep there stuf?

and wich file's have to be backedup in order not to loose anything in case of hd crash?
os: Win10N
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark2
Cpu: intel I5-4690 3.5Ghz
Cpu cooler: thermaltake Frio Extreme Silent 14 Dual
Mem: Corsair 16gb, Cmy16gx3m2a2133c11r
Gpu: Geforce 970, Asus STRIX GTX970 DC2OC 4GD5
Soundcard: Creative Soundblaster Z
HD: SAMSUNG 75E250RW SSD 850 EVO 250 GB

You need to export the database and your world config file. Database is the primary thing. Once you move it to the dedicated server just reimport the database and you should be good to go. Just did this when moving our DB from a HDD to SSD on our dedicated.
