What are the guild roles? It only says 1-recruit and 7-leader.
Also, my friend tried to give me /guild role Cheeky Freak 6
But nothing happened

The guild roles are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. I don't understand that question.
Good to know about those roles is the possibility to change the rights you get with each of those roles.
The commands to change the rights for each role are also described here.
The answer to your 2nd question is: Just use the firstname of the focused Character.

right: /guild role Cheeky 6
At last: Please use words like 'please', 'thank you' and a form of greeting. It raises the motivation to answer so much
