This mod is a client mod.

It connects to a public IRC server "irc.eu.gamesurge.net".

It replaces the IRC bitbox server which has been disabled.



Only the players who have installed the mods are connected to the server.

On specific request, a dedicated chan protected by a password can be created for your guild and allies.

I only need your guild ids and your server information.

Seems to work off and on. I think it is because irc.eu.gamesurge.net is unreliable. I can't connect to it from my external client either. I tried connecting to irc.gamesurge.net directly and it works fine. Maybe you should change to another connection server.

Did you find any way to use an IRC client to be able to communicate with the ingame channels ?

If GameSurge IRC is unreliable, our server community could host an IRC server (I'm quite good at installing/configuring IRC servers).

Our server community is paid by our members (not by private funds), and an IRC server or not won't change performances on it :-)
