As written in the title, there is no wild animals in my server (blackbox is the provider).
I set the AnimalCount at 45, but no Moose, no Wolf, anything.

How can I make them appear ?

45 is way too low honestly, I have it at max and it still takes a few hours after a reboot to see any.

I maxed the count and Blackbox even switched my server to an other one, database wiped... and still no animals !

Do I have to change some values here ?

On my first server we had it at 80, with an average player population of 15-30, and the animal count was definitely too high. It just takes some time to have them start appearing.

Okay.. because my server is up since like 3-4 hours, and still nothing !

For what it's worth, just south of the lake seems to be a really consistent area for me to find animals. Dunno if you're looking around or staying in one spot, so I don't know if you're doing anything wrong, if you're in a spot that animals avoid, etc...
