Does anyone have Bobik's quotes about the interplay between arrows and shields?

I think I remember him saying something about how shields are supposed to (and presumably will eventually) absorb ranged projectiles.

You can alrteady block arrows, requires a lot of luck though

Aha yeah I have had that as well but it is so miniscule an area it didn't seem implemented. I was more looking for previous Bobik statements regarding how he hopes to see it implemented.
