when i have download your client thing and put it in to the folder it doesnt give me anything it also doesnt download the pack when joining the server at all

You are clearly misunderstood something.
BasilMod::ServerListFilter mod does not download anything.
This mod does not connect to your server.

This mod only adds a text filter to "Join World" dialog screen, so you can filter servers by name.

If you have questions about other mods, proceed to corresponding mod thread.

i wil ask differently. i dont get anymore what i need in my client to be able to use the mods i have put in the server.
i putted the basilmod client pack in but when i joined the server i cant use the mods.

Every mod has own(different) installation instructions for server and/or client.

BasilMod::Pack, BasilMod::Ravens and BasilMod::GMAnnounce should be installed and enabled on your LiF:Yo server, and BasilModLoader should be installed on your LiF:Yo client.

It IS working. Do you have edit your main.cs?
