I'm terraforming to build a wall and I can't connect my flattened areas. I can't flatten them with or without slopes, from either direction. The unflattened cell simply moves up or down the other flattened cells. How do I get this flattened?

EDIT: If I flatten slope lower, from the left of the bad cell, it changes the value to like 6.2 or something. Why doesn't it just go at a .5 interval down from 6.29 to 5.79?

I actually fought this same issue. I was forced to place the wall and then flatten the section right next to it so you could meet them up. I did have a minor offset but its barely noticeable. I hope that helps.

and if that's confusing... if you place the wall on the tile your standing on in the picture you can flatten the tile in question without any issues.. it does leave a small offset but it works

It will not go down because there are flattened tiles after it - try to unflatten them by pouring 30 dirt on them and then you will be able to flatten down slope.

Or the issue actually might be that you don't have 30 dirt to complete the "flatten". Keep checking the system log, it'll say if you're missing anything.
