Anyone have a idea as to what I can do... I finally managed to kill a bear, and I can't get the fur.. Or even skin it at all. Anyone had this issue, and if so, did you fix it some how?

Little more info is needed.

Did you have your knife equipped?
Was the animal in water?
Did someone else deal the killing blow? It will show a timer with the players name that landed the killing blow.

I figured it out (well, not really). I had everything equipped, of course... But there was nothing I could do to skin the bear. I ended up just randomly switching visual options around and re-logging twice... eventually I must have just got luck and found the "sweet spot" because I eventually was able to skin it. Took me almost 30 minutes of clicking the bear in random locations.

yeah, I've found that you need to move your targeting (cross-hairs) around untill the name of what you want pops up. It can sometimes be quite off from the actual thing. for me it's usually up and a little to the right.
