any1 know if there is a way to change it back to 30 when you are mining ?
is there a place in the database i can change it ?

It is the server config where the skillcap, multiplier etc is
"terraforming speed multiplier" should be the name:
1x = 10 units per tunneling, so 30 should be 3x multiplier
