I have tried all the solutions on the steam community pages but none of them work, also there is no pref.cs file that shows up. Tried reinstalling thirty thousand times. Doesn't work. Sorry if there is thousands of pages on this.

You might want to tell us the entire problem. Then we might be able to help you out, or scratch our heads if it has us stumped.
It does not matter who is the strongest fighter, just the last one standing.
