Hey fellow LiF:YO Peeps,

We have been testing out a dedicated server provided by Blackbox, everything has been great apart from our own config mess ups.

This leads me to this question:

I have tried re-installing the server so we get a completely fresh map but the re-install provided by Blackbox didn't wipe the data and all our structures and characters are still there, is there any way that the data can also be reset?

Hey Napalm,

To clarify, if you host a gameserver through Blackbox it is not a dedicated server per definition, its a hosted gameserver.

I suppose you have some sort of CPanel type admin panel where you can restart, shut down, change config etc etc.
Normally with such panels there is an option to re-install the server which you seem to have. For a complete wipe of the server you would need to have a new database created and the world_x.xml changed respectively. If this doesn´t work with the Blackbox admin panel I suppose it is not configured correctly on their side, and you would need to contact their customer service.
