After fixing the issue mentioned in this thread https://lifeisfeudal.zendesk.com/hc/en- ... g-YO-owner ,

I logged in, sailed to Abella, and got stuck on the "Transferring Character" loading screen for about 15 minutes.

I relaunched the game, but my character is still listed as being on "Newbie", and when I select it and click Play I enter the loading screen and quickly receive the error "Can't find your character". So... I can't play.

I asked about this in the Discord and two other people mentioned experiencing the same issue. Could someone please help us fix this?

me an d friend made a chacter on me got stuck at transferring chacter form nood island relogged and now we lost a ticket because chadter cannot be found
on a NA server
And i never got my ticket for owning Lif YO
but i have 2 chacters on EU
Also i connot log back in to my EU Chacter Getts stuck at waiting for reply from dispatcher or patching world

Not sure if there is actual support here but I added the ticket to my inventory, clicked the ferry to Abella and now I have been stuck at the loading screen "transferring your character" for about 15-20 minutes. I'm afraid if I log out then I will lose my ticket. Help please?

Same Exact Character message is "Character Relay Error: Cant find your character" its used my ticket as well.

I am having the same issue as well.
Retrieved ticket from the shop, talked to ferry to go to Abella, got stuck on the Transferring screen. Waited for a good 20 minutes and restarted the game.

Same thing here too. Shows the character is on newbie island on the website dashboard, but "cant find character" when trying to login to the game.

Repair does nothing.

Same situation here. I got stuck for a good time at "transferring your character", so I decided to relaunch the game and now I keep getting this error with this character. Created another character, both lists in the launcher but only one lists in the game (the newest character only).

Same boat. And it auto exits after giving you the error. If you create a new character, the character list is empty.

I was able to log in now with my character, so it seems to be fixed for me.

I'm having similar troubles after sailing to Abella, said the main server is down, and now whenever i open the game Can't find your character. My character is there in the launcher, says still on Newbie Island :/ Kinda worried

Also whenever i open the launcher, it downloads the patch again, maybe it hasn't downloaded properly?

Just tried repairing my game files also, no luck. Maybe it's just a case of waiting until our characters have transferred to the server? Hopefully it'll solve itself in a bit

Edit: The launcher is showing my character as having been transferred now

Happened to me too. 15 mins of "Transferring Character", restarted game, only to get "Character not found" and my ticket is gone.

Yeah i can agree on this, me and 2 other mates tried to goto the main island only to be presented with a long "Transferring character" screen. I lost patience and decided to reboot, only to get no character found and ticket is gone.
