farming messed up now?!

ok so i have tried to plant veggies and flax in my farm from this new server patch putting in weather and i have tried everything i planted the crops every test with 100Q soil and 100Q dung and every weather shift sunny cloudy rainy and foggy and every time i harvest i get 1-3 on everything 100 farming skill and 100Q steel sickle can anyone help me out or shed some light?
