Just a FYI. I'd lower your terraforming to the slowest point possible. That is what slows your server down. Tell your players to use infinite resource nodes instead. Terraforming will cause the load lag to increase from 30 seconds to log in to 10-15 minutes. It also hurts fps in game and makes the world look stupid. Having played for a while on the best rated pvp server and that's what they did and it was great. That would be my suggestion to you.
