I am looking at my Character Table but it does not show all players that have created toons or that are actively playing on my server.

My server is rather new and I am trying to track down a player to see where he is, I know for a fact he is in game ATM but I do not see him in the Character table. he does however have an entry in the Account table. Am I doing something wrong?
