I'm confused. I see grass in your screenshot. Nothing wrong there.
Edit: Nevermind. I haven't seen it's a GIF, it didn't load past the first frame for me. Sorry. No idea what went wrong.

As im looking at the water in your gif i see very low resolution, check your graphicscard for issues on that. I have nothing of the sort at all.
