It would be nice to have a horse lead. It would be nice to lead a horse through a gate instead of dismounting, opening the gate, mounting the horse, riding through, dismounting, closing the gate, and then mounting again. A lead would allow us to avoid the additional dismount and mount. It would also be nice to be able to use a free hand to pull behind an extra horse with a lead when you need an extra. The lead could also be used to attach a horse to a hitching post which could prevent the horse from de-spawning and provide travelers a place to put their horse other than your trading post.
