So I can't figure out how to setup the dedicated server through Steam tools. Even after I read the read-me.

I then decided to run the in-game server off another PC in my house, my friends can connect to it, but I can't. It does not even show up for me in the server browser.

What is the deal, why can't I connect, but my friends can?

I'm having the same problem here, almost.. I've hosted a server but i can't find it in the serverlist. I can join it by creating a new server, but not if i search for it in the server browser!
